The best way to accomplish a SMART goal is to write it down and share it with others. I am sharing the 2017 Nova Data goals with our customers to let them  know we are continually striving to be the best NDT company in the whole world. These are some of the SMART goals that our team developed during our 10th annual Team Training Day this December.
Note that a SMART goal is Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and has a completion Time.

Expanded Tank Reports

We are beginning to develop marketing resources for our S.T.A.R.S reporting system. This accelerated tank reporting system has been designed to implement more thorough inspections and cut back on the time required to deliver the final report. The report will be in the customers in-box before the inspector even leaves the site. We will measure the success of our system with an increase in our tank inspections for 2017.

Web Based Training

Look for our videos on boiler testing, safety tips, and tank inspections to enhance both our in-house training and to share ideas with our customers.

Updated Web Site Content

We are updating our web site for better access to our training resources, information on our technicians, new and updated NDT equipment, and interviews with our customers. Look for new changes every month.

More Level III’s for Nova Data

Both David Hunt and Sina Tith have been studing for their Level III certifications and will be testing in 2017. Our goal is for them both to have two certifications in Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, or Ultrasonics by this summer.
